While listening and working with you, she translates your vision into a well-produced event that you can be proud of.
Ray has managed and produced a number of large and small-scale art and culture events. Her greatest accomplishments in this area are the shows produced during her tenure as Admin. Director at Portland City Art. In addition to the shows at Portland City Art, Ray organized the PDX Bridge Festival fundraiser, “50×50″ as well as the fundraiser night for New Avenues for Youth, “Avenues of Art.” Most recently, she was asked to be a consultant for Portland Ad Federation’s annual auction.
Her experience with the show floor, however, did not begin in Portland. Her mother is a 25+ year Events and Exhibits Manager and since Ray was old enough to “walk the hall,” she has been working the floor. Throughout high school she was an assistant booth hand to Catan Productions (now Panoptix Events), and in college she was regularly hired by consumer electronic companies to be the Assistant Booth Manager at major national and international shows.
